What is 3-MMC?
3-MMC of 3MMC is a stimulating drug. It usually appears as a powder or crystal, but it can also appear as a pill. It’s also called 3M, meow or mcat.
3-MMC gives you more energy and makes you feel more happy. Often you want to talk more. Because of these effects, most people use 3-MMC at a party. At a club, festival, at a bar or at home with friends, for example.
Using 3-MMC also has its risks. What stands out with 3-MMC is the craving users feel. Craving means that you feel a strong desire to use more. This craving is stronger than with other stimulating substances like speed or XTC.
You can also experience problems with your heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular system). You can also overheat or dehydrate.
3-MMC is an ‘NPS’, which stands for ‘New Psychoactive Substance’. About NPS drugs, also known as research chemicals, little is known. Often there has been little to no research about them. Therefore we know little about the short and long term effects of NPS drugs.

- 25-75 mg an average dose
- 75+ mg a strong dose
If you swallow it then:
- 25-75 mg is a light dose
- 75-150 mg is an average dose
- 150+ mg is a strong dose
